Gardening Club
The Gardening
Club takes place every Monday night after school,
with Mrs Shaw and Mrs Farbon-Jones. A group of
children look after the raised beds in the play
ground. They have been growing vegetables which
they have harvested.
The children
have grown, potatoes, strawberries, carrots, tomatoes,
lettuces, onions, garlic, radishes and beetroot.
Recently they entered a National potato growing
competition.
Finally the
gardeners have learnt how to prune the shrubs
which they really enjoyed.
Our school
looks beautiful! Keep up the hard work gardeners!!
