Welcome to our Nursery
Children
can only be registered at one nursery school or
class, though parents may use part time social
services or private nursery to supplement an education.
Normally
children should not be admitted to a nursery school
under the age of three.
Allocation
of a place should be in the order of the waiting
lists but admission criteria will apply in the
case where the nursery is oversubscribed. Parents
will be notified if their child has been allocated
a place in nursery by the end of the summer term.
The nursery
staff will provide all parents with very useful
information on Getting Ready for Nursery, suggestions
on helping children to settle in, as well as notes
on routines and procedures.
Nursery
School Uniform
We have introduced a uniform for the nursery and
reception children. It comprises of a practical
jogging suit with a white polo shirt. This outfit
is optional but is proving very popular with the
children . The uniform is available from school.
Just a little
reminder to
ensure children are dressed appropriately for
outdoor provision.
