Sunflower competition:

We were very lucky to take part in a sunflower growing competition run by Cobalt Housing, which was held across Norris Green. Lots of children took part. (Over 120 in fact. Wow!) Unfortunately lots of the flowers died or were blown over by the strong winds - of these that did survive most grew very tall.

Fortunately for Leamington one sunflower, owned by William, grew to an amazing 11 feet and William received £25 in shopping vouchers from Cobalt.
Well done William!
